How do I use my perks in store?
When you dine in, enter your email on our iPad. Our staff will verify your active Dumplinger Club membership before applying the perk.
Can I show a screenshot as proof?
No. Screenshots, old emails, or signup confirmation pages cannot be used as proof. To keep the perks fair for active members, membership must be verified by entering email on our iPad in store.
What if we have 2 or more Dumplinger members at the table?
Dumplinger member discounts and prizes cannot be combined. For Lucky Wednesday, each Dumplinger member may spin once, and the table may choose the best prize to use.
Does Dumpling Tuesday include Xiao Long Bao?
Yes. Dumpling Tuesday includes Xiao Long Bao, along with eligible dumpling plates. The more plates you order, the better the price.
What are the sample prizes for Lucky Wednesday?
Lucky Wednesday prizes may vary and are shown on the prize wheel in store. Sample prizes may include $5 off, $10 off, a free dumpling plate, a free 0% drink, a free dessert, a free appetizer, or free Xiao Long Bao. Prizes are for same-day use only and cannot be combined with other offers.
